Job Description
Our client a leading Financial Services company based in Surrey are looking to recruit a Business Test Analyst/Senior Business Test Analyst to join them on a permanent basis.
The role will involve ensuring testing processes are consistent with the agreed test strategy and end-to-end model. In addition to conducting test reviews of business Requirements, determining the appropriate test approach and performing business acceptance testing and business verification testing.
Candidates will also be required to coordinate test activities to deliver strategies, provide advice and guidance on test methods, techniques and tools with the aim a implementing the best approach to testing an facilitating the business through this process.
You will work as an essential part of a growing BAT team to plan and manage testing activities across a wide range of projects, improving on test processes and building excellent working relations with external IT suppliers and internal business customers.
Key skills
- Proven track record in Business Acceptance Testing
- Good working knowledge of the software testing life cycle and a good understanding of ITIL processes.
- Demonstrable experience of working with Quality Centre
- Good communication skills both verbal and written, able to communicate to Stakeholders at all levels using appropriate – non technical language
- ISEB/ISTQB qualification or equivalent industry level experience
